Do your slippers come in any other colours?
You know what they say, if you don’t ask, you don’t get! We have a really good relationship with our suppliers and sometimes they’re able to provide us with additional colours for some of the styles. The best thing to do is to drop us a line via contact us and we’ll do our best to see what we can do for you
What makes your slippers so special?
Our products might cost a little more than your average ‘house slippers’ because every pair is handmade using only the highest quality pure natural sheep's wool to provide a superb level of comfort and softness. The wool felt effectively wicks moisture away, helping to keep your feet warm in winter and cool in summer. Uniquely, our Stegmann range has an ergonomically-contoured base that hugs and supports your foot, helping with weight distribution and reducing the impact of shock when you walk. Special enough? We think so!
How much wear can I expect to get out of my felt slippers?
That depends on how often you wear them – and what you do in them! We’ve had some customers who’ve had their favourite pair for ages but with normal wear we’d expect them to last you for up to two years.
Why don’t you do women’s and men’s slippers?
All our clogs are unisex and come in a range of colours from the neutral right through to the bright, so we’re sure that everyone will find one they like
What sizes do your slippers come in?
Our styles are available from size 36 to 46. See our sizing guide
Some colours are available up to size 54 by special order, please contact us for more information
Our footwear is not available in half sizes. If you’re between sizes, our advice is to opt for the larger size if you like a ‘roomier’ fit or wear your slippers with socks. If you prefer footwear to be snug, opt for the smaller
How do I clean my footwear?
Because our footwear is made from pure wool, it doesn’t really need cleaning. Pure wool is breathable so doesn’t trap nasty niffs, but if the outside of the felt does get a bit grubby, then a light brushing with a soft brush should be all that’s needed.
A word of caution – don’t be tempted to put your footwear in the washing machine, even on the coolest setting – we tried it and, trust us, it’s not a good idea!
